Half hour guided mindfulness practice
Metta (Loving Kindness) Meditation
7:15 pm - 8:30 pm
One hour guided meditation. Please let me know you're coming so I can arrange the space, bring water, a cushion if you wish, a sarong/shawl/blanket & comfortable clothing in layers appropriate for the weather.
